I’m based in Northamptonshire, usually with a cup of coffee not far away and yes, I probably own more notebooks than any one person reasonably needs. I originally studied Psychology before working in heritage and theatre, but the common thread has always been people and what helps them thrive.
In 2020, after being made redundant, I retrained as an accredited coach. This came after years of knowing I was capable of more, yet still feeling stuck and circling the same goals without making the progress I wanted. It’s exactly what I now help others navigate.
I help women make progress in a way that fits their real lives, not an idealised version of how things should look. We focus on small, realistic steps that build momentum, confidence and a stronger sense of self without overwhelm or pressure.
How it all comes together:
Accredited coach
Co-founder of The Coaching Circle
Mental Health First Aider
I live in Hampshire with my husband Joe, our three boys, four dogs, and a very noisy flock of ducks and chickens. After 20 years in the big smoke cough London cough, we packed up and swapped city life for the countryside. Safe to say, I’ve never looked back.
This is where my coaching, mediation, and beauty work have grown into what you see today. I’m also neurodivergent and live with anxiety and depression like many others. Far from being setbacks, I see these diagnoses as my superpowers. I’m an empathetic powerhouse, and feel very lucky to connect deeply with others. It also allows me to do my job well in holding space for others when things get overwhelming.
How it all started... You could call me a Jill-of-all-trades, but everything I do is connected:
Accredited mindset coach and business mentor
Co-Founder of The Coaching Circle
Accredited civil and commercial mediator
Professional make-up artist and skincare therapist
